Weight is up a little. Ate at several restaurants, vs. home cooking, last week. Also, getting a little happy with the nuts and dried fruit - both as toppings and as "grab it" snacks. Also, I may be building muscle, which is the good kind of weight gain. I've been working out with a personal trainer since December. She goes slow - which I like! - so we're just now easing into more core and weight work.
