During the past week i could lose 1 kg! Good start 👟🎉🥇 Today morning i was weighing 1 kg material and i thought with myself it is really heavy happy to loose it! For the next week i have a long way to go!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
