Woke up close to 4 and decided to get up and get a few things done, one of which was catch up on this site. Got lots to do with going to Thomaston for a couple of days. I need to get the metal mesh on the brick bed so I can water the seeds, if they're still alive, hope to go to 9:10 class at the gym plus the 12:30 Tai Chi class. Need to put rocks back on the small pond, trim some dead branches, and get the yard waste up by the street.

Got to call Cotten about the water bottle idea so I can move ahead with that, call Jeff to see when he can come over next, etc. Hope to get back by the Bartram exhibit after working out, since it is leaving the 19th.

Tonight is when I meet Claire and Gordon at Zocalo's, after listening in on a seminar by Green Century on sustainable investing. Need to call Grisel at Jody Owenby's that I am unable to attend the American Funds seminar on Wednesday.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
