Adding new supplements today. Still feeling a little bloated, will also add Bean-O before lunch and dinner to see if it's all the vegetables.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 April 2011:
1843 kcal Fat: 106.88g | Prot: 144.87g | Carb: 75.55g.   Breakfast: Original Sausage Patty, darigold butter, egg, Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60, whole milk. Lunch: peach, ham. Dinner: Benefiber Powder, coconut oil, tea, steak. Snacks/Other: sugar snap peas, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, green beans, garlic, Shallots. more...

Shaky and felt like my heart was racing (even though around 125); skipped 2 exercises during workout and hubby made me breakfast. However, did higher weight and better reps for most of the other exercises, so leg day was still pretty awesome. First few days on new supps is always weird for me. Tomorrow will be a rest day. Hopefully I'll get used to everything in the next 3-4 days.

I may also need to go back to eating full breakfast before working out and protein shake after. I had switched the order this past week, but now that doesn't seem to be working as well and I should probably switch back.

Then I realized my fiber has been low as well. It takes a lot to get all of this stuff figured out! I added two servings of Benefiber today. I try to get fiber from my food, but I have no problem resorting to Benefiber for a little help. It has carbs in it, so make sure you calculate that in if you use it. ;)
