I have increased my cardio this week to three days a week. It was very hard workk, but the results made it worth it. Still trying to speed up my metabolism to help me get to my goal weight.
I try to psych myself into this motto: "Food for Fuel not for Fun".... Its hard because the weather is breaking and all the lil sweet treats are about, but I just keep in mind that I want to not just fit into a bikini for the summer, I want to look great in it.
Still a long way to go, but one day at a time and I will get there eventually.
