:-( Went to the alternate website to recheck my RDI and now that I have lost some weight, it's now down to 1116 kcal/day. I adjusted my RDI here accordingly so now we'll see if it helps. NOT going to totally freak out over a half a pound!!
147.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
