walked, got seeds planted in new bed, watered, got ready for appt w John Coleman due to moisture in ear. All ok - forgot purse, no impact. Pat Kerr was there so got to catch up w her. Parking attendant let me out without paying! Got prescription refills. Faith and Film is tonight - The Book Thief, at Susan and Stan Reid's house.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
