Good Friday morning to all !!. hope your week has went well. mine has been an emotional one again, with some blood work showing a few problems I'll have to deal with, which may affect my weight goals. will just have to see, if it does, I'm telling my Dr's hey its weight gain or stop the foods that are causing the high potassium levels, thus my progress !! have a good weekend. ...
