At home after cycling and only banana and water - Pocari for bfast..really think one of the weighing machines (medical centre, home and PTI office is spoilt) none the less will use the heaviest recorded..which is the home one!! so its 94.5 now...
208.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
