I attended a coworker‘s funeral yesterday and after the funeral he went to a diner. I had a chicken cutlet sandwich with sweet potato fries - totally off my diet…. back on now and back to work.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
