Worked late last night AND I had some laundry, so I didn't get to walk the mill, but that's ok. I stayed on track with the protein and I thought my chart looked pretty balanced.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
