After only two days of travel this week I feel like bloated and cranky. I am certain that having the opportunity to prepare my own food for the last two weeks has given my body a break from all the excess junk that processed food contain. I look forward to further success and a better overall feeling physically.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
