Glad I did elliptical late last. Didn't bother my sleep. Had Acupuncture yesterday and Dr A was pleased with weight loss, 27 lbs so far. Hubby was up early and we were able to take about a mile & 1/2 walk mid morning. The sun was warm, but the breeze was chilly. I sat in the sun mid afternoon and it felt so good and energizing. Late again tonight on the elliptical, 1472 steps and maintaining 45.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
