Holy majoly that weight came off!! Still not entirely sure it's accurate, but I weighed 6 times and moved the scale a couple times to check! Haven't had a loss that big since the first few weeks. Not complaining at all, just hoping this isn't false hope and tomorrow it's back up to 245. Had a great workout yesterday, am super sore today which makes me feel great. Hoping to get a walk in on the treadmill tonight.
242.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
