I weighed myself (0730) after a bowel movement and the weight was 217 pound. I weighed again at 1130 am and weighed 216.8 pounds. After a heavy cardio workout and some abdominals exercises, I weighed 213.8 pounds. I lost a 3.7 pounds within 7 hours.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
