FINALLY, I'm seeing a change in my weight. Just a 1/2 lb change makes all the difference to me. Last night we went to a bbq. It's still hard some days to avoid temptation, but I managed. There were some fresh veggies that I snacked on and I had a burger with no bun topped with fresh avocado, onion and a dab of goat cheese! I find that most days I don't even crave anything sweet, though last night I was and there was nothing in the house. Fortunately, I was too tired to really care and fell asleep.
