Went to gym, then Tai Chi, a little gardening this afternoon. Mol is up for a walk. Quiet evening and leftover Bhojanic for dinner. Kits asked for a postponement for tomorrow night, so emailed Kristi to see if it would work for her....
109.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
