Job done. Excellent Iron(wo)man Challenge - great motivator. Thank you to the administrator for setting up challenge.

I forgot to mention that I went away with the extended family for the weekend in Dorset. 19 of us, we preplanned the communal meals e.g. takeaways arrival night, Big English Brekkie on Saturday morning, and Sunday Roast dinner. In between, we grazed on cakes and tempting treats - drank bucket loads of booze, blah, blah.

Over the duration of the stay, I managed two swims (100 and 150) lengths of 12m pool; games (over half hour each) of badminton (two), table-tennis, tennis, squash; and a lengthy walk around Totnes.

To be fair, I had expected hubby to say, 'Not doing any of that!' but apart from the swimming and squash, he tried most things and is a better badminton player than I. Not that I'd ever tell him that!

Most importantly : Pleased to be able report back positively this week.

Starting two challenges this week. The Channel Swim (set up my Moi) and the Lose 12ib in ten weeks (recommended by Phooka). To be fair - I have no intention of losing the 12lbs as it would take me down to my pre-pregnancy weight. BTW, me son turns 25 in August and I was a very thin thing, prior.
177.7 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
