Pushed the boundaries yesterday with a 8-9 oz chicken breast for lunch and then 7 chicken wings for dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. I used their dry chipotle seasoning, too. Yummmmm....
218.6 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
