I'm I the 100s for the first time in a long time... its a nice feeling but getting harder to lose the weight.
On the food and calorie counting part im doing really well and much less food is filling me up now. However if I choose to have a few alcoholic drinks in an evening, thats what really puts the weight on.
I think I'm going to have to get used to the idea of drinking diet coke in the pub unless I am on a free day.
