Wow, so very happy with the first weigh in!! Now I just need to stay strong and keep moving toward my goal. Work out was good today added a little more weight to my machines.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

835 kcal Fat: 9.70g | Prot: 52.86g | Carb: 136.75g.   Breakfast: post great grains cranberry almond, silk soy orignal, non dairy creamer,  sugar, 16 oz water, 10 oz coffee. Lunch: 16 oz water, starkist light tuna, sugar, green tea, onion, bell pepper, brown rice, spinach, sprouts, toufayan pita bread. Dinner: diet coke, eas , starkist light tuna. Snacks/Other: 16 oz water, Sugar, green tea, 16 oz water. more...
