been a very stressful week, with no end in sight for the near future it seems. weight again a rollercoaster all week, even hitting 128.8 yesterday. couldn't hold it tho and I'm eating more as dietitian suggests. oh well , I guess "roll with it" since it wants to rollercoaster!!!!
127.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
