walked, watered plants, etc. slept in chair for over an hour this afternoon, not sure why so tired. Put off curtain pickup til next Tuesday which helps a lot. Jeff is to come on Wednesday. I took the herb bowl to Kerry and we went to Flying Biscuit for dinner...we each had shrimp and grits, along w our wine. Then I left my leftovers there, and was grateful they had not been thrown away when I went back. I must have conked out when I got back!
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
