Slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Go on amazon and get some workout videos to do at home. Some are very short (30 day shred is 25 minutes long and can kick your butt in to shape quickly). Put out your clothes and get up 30 minutes early a few times a week to do the workout. Get a mat and some light hand weights. Go for a walk on your lunch break. Sometimes you have to squeeze in workouts where you can. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink water. Limit too many processed foods (contain a lot of sodium) and be active. Put the baby in stroller and go for a walk when it's nice out. In the end, it's about eating less and moving more. Do the best you can!
