Weight loss has slowed down now that I am back at work and no time to exercise. Now more than ever i need to stick to a healthy calorie controlled diet as i cannot run off to the gym and work it off!
It's work 7:30 - 5:00 every day then home to baby to spend time with her before she nods off by 6 or 6:30pm and then it's making dinner and time with hubby. I think I'll do a spinning class on Saturday...
Any weight loss tips are welcome! I want to get down to 65kgs asap!
156.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Go on amazon and get some workout videos to do at home. Some are very short (30 day shred is 25 minutes long and can kick your butt in to shape quickly). Put out your clothes and get up 30 minutes early a few times a week to do the workout. Get a mat and some light hand weights. Go for a walk on your lunch break. Sometimes you have to squeeze in workouts where you can. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink water. Limit too many processed foods (contain a lot of sodium) and be active. Put the baby in stroller and go for a walk when it's nice out. In the end, it's about eating less and moving more. Do the best you can!

Thank you SO much don't know why I didn't think of that! Going to shop on Amazon today still! The diet I'm on is basically that here and there on weekends I might have a treat but otherwise I'm quite good but yes gotto be super good, eat less bad stuff and walk walk walk! Appreciate your tips I really do!
