Eating super clean and dropped 3.4lbs in 2 days. Obiviously, it is all water weight, but it feels good to see the scale drop anyway.

Here's what I'm eating:

2 eggs & veggie scramble + 1/2 grapefruit

green or red smoothie
(spinach, greek yogurt, kiwi, water)
(beet, butternut squash, chick peas, apple)

broccoli or cauliflower, red bell pepper, and carrots + hummus

sensible dinner of chicken, turkey, or fish and veggies + salad

***Went on a good hike today
171.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.9 lb a week
