We got up and went to the farmer's market - lots of neat stuff. I cooked a small breakfast as we were going to have lunch at Hob Nob, a farm to table restaurant downtown. Mark went with us on a hike we were going to do but we ended up mostly digging up native plants which he identified.

Hob Nob was tasty and fun. I had a beer from Kinston, NC which was good. Elizabeth and Mark came for appetizers, and we put out an attractive tray of a variety of must-gos which were enjoyed by all. Mark left after 8, and finally Elizabeth was ready to go. Caroline and I walked her to her cabin, then Caroline had to guide me back to Teela's it was so dark! Then I heated up a few things for a small tasty dinner.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
