I expected a bigger weight loss, because the math was adding up to more calories burned. (Maybe the calories they calculate on here are skewed?) I did eat a lot of salt on Sunday again. Not good. I need to switch to weighing myself twice a week now so I understand where I'm going wrong. If anything maybe I need to drop my RDI again. Either way, I'm not giving up!
304.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 154.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Know the feeling.... According to the figures I was 12300 calories down for the week. If you take what they say that 3500 calories = 1lb, that would be 3+lb weight loss. I only lost 2lb. If I look back over my diet calendar this occurs all the time. I meticulously weigh and account for everything, in fact I over-estimate my calories rather than under-estimate. I have just accepted now that I need to have a 5000+ calorie deficit to loose a pound. Keep at it, we can do it

2lbs is a great loss! dont look at it like you have to lose 3lbs a week. i took me 4 months to lose 30 lbs. some weeks you will only lose ounces. if you eat 1500 calories a day you will see results. carbs and fat take longer to burn off too. Great job! Im proud of you

Skinny, Yeah, I was surprised it didn't add up. Its my second week in and I'm still experimenting on what works and what doesn't. I think I need to start watching my salt intake too. I think water weight can mess with numbers too. Thanks for the tips :)

Beck, I actually only lost 1.4 since last Weds. Which is good...just not my goal right now lol. I don't want to drop below 2200 at this point. I want my body to adjust to the new lifestyle change without drastically changing my eating habits. This way when I plateau I can drop the calories then to push me through it. I just need to add more exercise and keep going with the calories that I'm at. After all, its the exercise that will ultimately burn the fat. Its still been a good process for me, and I'm not discouraged. Its great we're doing this together :) Loves!
