I don't really know what I was when I started. The last time, a couple of weeks ago when I went to the doctor, the nurse told me I had lost 3 pounds, well, I was 146, so I must have been 149 to start with. I need to stick to the 1800 calorie, no more than 219 carbs daily and do that sweaty Power Mile. Discipline, Terry, discipline!! Pray for me, I need to do portion control and get over any snacking at night. It is an absolute No-NO! I know I quit smoking and it was the hardest thing I've ever done. And I put myself through it twice!! Like a big dummy!
This food stuff is an addiction also, what a bunch of drama we created for ourselves in all this "addiction stuff". Hard to break it but I'm going to do it, but I think I'm a grouch, just like I was when I quit smoking. Well, once again, I'm denying myself something that I want....I'm stubborn enough, I'm going to defeat this damn eating improperly once and for all. Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey TRed, thank you so much for all your tips today. Okay, I'll quit replacing cigarettes with food. I've entered today's food...my wine is a killer, but 1 addiction at a time.
