Really not ok with how much I weigh right now. I realized I really need to do this. I need to talk to a friend and get her to use this too. If I know somebody is going to talk smack to me if I have put something on there that I shouldn't have necessarily eaten then maybe I'll think twice about eating it.

1570 kcal Fat: 54.91g | Prot: 58.02g | Carb: 209.73g.   Breakfast: Tap Water, applesauce, garlic, egg, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: crystal light peach tea, water, macaroni and potato salad, pulled pork, hamburger bun. Dinner: Banana Milk Dud Muffins, milk duds, Lite Northern Italian Dressing, feta cheese, black beans, roasted red bell peppers, spinach. Snacks/Other: peanut butter crackers, diet coke, Water, Granny Smith Apples. more...

Don't get so bummed out! If you work hard, exercise and eat healthy than I'm sure you'll reach your goal in no time! If you need someone to talk to, just friend me!

Thanks so much! I seem to get into these patterns where I'll do really good for awhile and then something will screw me up and I won't get back on it right away. I keep go back and forth between like 139 and 142 and cant seem to get past that 139 mark.

Maybe you've just hit a plateau, I've done that before, right around the weight that you're at now. I just bumped up my exercise routine or changed it completely. If you do the same exercises everyday, your muscles get use to it and burn less calories. Don't forget to mark down what exercises you did at the end of the day!
