7lbs lost so far. Also much easier as my stomach is accepting the lesser amount of food. Still planning my evening meals before I eat anything so that I can work around that.

I hope that in another 10 days I will be able to say that I have lost a stone which will be a great feeling.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
