Really consumed too many calories this week, but being active help minimize the impact. I need to re-commit to the lower calorie foods, especially when I go out to eat. Too many desserts ordered this past week. Still need to start walking regularly, but other activity is up so that is something.
332.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1833 kcal Fat: 78.42g | Prot: 159.11g | Carb: 121.60g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter Whipped (Salted), Italian Bread, Rotisserie Chicken, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Reduced Fat American Cheese, 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rounds, Chili Cheese Flavored Corn Chips. more...
