I found that try to focus on more protein helps my appetite with this low fat diet. I'm healing well. Moving a little quicker, still slow though. and better range of motion. I can reach better too. surgery sucks!
179.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
