I weighted myself and now down 7 half lbs


All I did was to cut back, plan my food, I've been to dinner 3 times this week, had food I enjoyed not food to lose weight, and exercise, mainly walking, whilst shopping really, walking the stairs and lots of stretching. and I,m still not a full wk on diet.

SO MOTIVATED

Im so proud, my dad always said self praise is no praise, its what you do that benefits you and others is what matters, he was old fashion in lot of things, like most dads of his generation,he was a dad that also loved and adored his kids, he lived for his family, and we got lots of praise from him, my mum was a hard working great mum, but when he praised us she always had something to say to spoil it, which is terrible thing to say, but taken my sister and I long time to accept that this was just her way, she has Alizemhers now and can still say things, without malice, that could knock you back.



252.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
