1919 kcal Fat: 146.52g | Prot: 95.63g | Carb: 45.43g.   Breakfast: ketchup, squash, olive oil, feta cheese, onions, trader joes chopped spinach, nutiva, large eggs. Lunch: taste of inspiration, ground meat for meatloaf or meats, Artichokes Hearts,  braggs apple cider vinegar, olive oil, brocco sprouts, olives, cucumbers, ice berg lettuce. Dinner: Pesto Mahi Mahi, Fresh Grilled Zucchini. Snacks/Other: Center Cut Seasoned Uncured Bacon, epb chocolate bark, lemon. more...
