Dont you think its fun that you think you can eat anything you want as long as you stick to 400 cal? This mind trick worked wonders with me. I can't remember the last time I stuck to a diet that long!

I find that absolutely astonishing...it cuts out the stress, cravings, worry and as a mind trick it is the best EVER...I am glad to find someone who understands perfectly. I have tried to explain it; but no one else understood.
