3 Challenges starting today! Went out with Brent last night and had a few fries, so of course I expected to be "up" this morning, haha. However, my measurements all all ths same, except for my left bicep, which seems to have grown considerably today. I'll take it!

Ankle is still sore, and as much as I want to go for a walk, I don't think I will. It's better to sit out one day and finish healing than to push yourself and end up on the sidelines for 3 more days.

It took me re-breaking my foot 4 or 5 times and several years of healing it and over-doing working out many, many times to get to this point. I'm still not comfortable sitting it out. I would like to at least lift weights today, but I did 4 days last week, and I'm still a little sore, so today is a rest day.

3 Challenges. Look at you go. Congrats! Love your weight history chart. It is so encouraging. I know the deal with the ankle. I broke my ankle in 3 places years ago and it never healed. Didn't have the nerve to do what you do and re-break it.

Thanks! I wish they would let us track body fat%. Now THERE'S an impressive chart! That little squiggly you see over there means that I lost over 6% body fat and put on over 3 pounds of lean muscle mass in my first month on Atkins. I also lost over 11". You can do it! (Mine was very quick - my body was just SO ready to lose the weight.) Sorry to hear about your ankle. My foot re-breaks WEREN'T on purpose! My bones are notoriously weak in my feet - I have some kind of genetic/internal disorder, but didn't know it until I went into the Army. I spent two years in a wheelchair, and then over the next several years accidentally broke my bones again and was in a walking boot off and on for a while. My bones can take up to 8 months to "heal" (it's supposed to take 8 weeks), and they do not heal correctly. And then people ask me why I don't run! :)
