RN16's Journal, 28 January 2022

That's a good sign my weight is staying consistent. I backed my calories down, because I won't be lifting as heavy. I have to do unilateral exercises for the next 3-6 mo's to fix the muscles I have. I will still deadlift though, but everything else with be dumbbells. So frustrating, but what can I do. 😰
134.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
