i walked up twenty flights of stairs in the hotel at the facility where I work. it felt good going up. on the way down i broke a small sweat, but afterwards my legs were super shakey.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
