walked w Mol yesterday and today, after aerobics. Yesterday started on the spackling, and have added more twice today. Getting ready for Boone trip, making almond cookies and cocktail sauce, pulling things together, making a list, etc.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
