came back from new zealand and i felt horrible! didnt eat as well as i'd liked and didn't get workouts as i'm accustomed to. came back ready to lose any weight i'd gained especially since we were going to southern california 4 days later, did nachos, and two days of veggies for every meal, i ate tons but the veggies i think made a big difference and on our vacation in so cal we got some great workouts in including the hardest longest bikram yoga class in san diego with instructor jim on sunday. ate bad two times and had a crazy amazing dessert, todays weigh in was before any workouts after using restroom, very happy with weigh in! ps-nachos last nite and oatmeal wheat flour shortcake and strawberries and artic zone
115.4 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 115.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
