Sunday, I ate fish and onion rings with green beans, had some ice cream but didn't eat after 8:30.

Monday, I nibbled on some pecans after 8:30 made my lunch for Tuesday and did some 30 squats, hoola hooped and had plenty of rest.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Although I ate preetty healthy this weekend and went bike riding for 3.5 miles, my scale did not budge. Am going to consider a garcinia cambogia supplement.
