Boo! I wanted the numbers to keep going down. Oh well. I will just have to work harder. My parents roasted a chicken yesterday, and I was craving hot wings so last night I took the leftover chicken breast and drenched it in hot sauce. It worked. The awesome thing is that at my doctor's appointment two weeks ago I was 247.6 and today I weighed in at 237.2, so it's still a tiny bit over 10 lbs in 2 weeks.
