FF. 1824, 202.8 The week is over. It has been a long, hard, sad, but school-wise good week. Otherwise, it is probably one of the 3 hardest weeks of my life. Right up there with the death of each of my parents. Margaret had her MRI for cancer return yesterday, but they wouldn't tell her the results, the doctor had them but was getting on a plane. She will have to wait the weekend. I can't even think about it. She can't stop thinking about it. I can't stop thinking about my emergency. At least I slept through the night for the first time last night in a week.

Today, I go to exercise class, call abt taxes, go to Yoga, next to last time, and then plant sale. Hopefully, MaryAnn and I can go to the movie afterward. We can drive back to her house and then I will take us where we go. She will have to meet me there because I won't be out of Yoga till 6 and it ends at 7. This is the preview sale for Friends of the Bot.

Can't exactly find the Philly sandwich from Publix, but next time I'll get the meat and veggies without the bun. With lettuce. 200 cals to biscuit, yikes, and snacks, even though small, it added up. Again 2 alcohols, all that adds to too much.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
