had good tour at church, Green guild with Bill Brown, OT prof at Columbia and his Creation Care class. Barry led, and Donna, Jackie, and I chimed in. They were introduced at the service. Dan and Deener and Carol Stevenson were there for Catie's graduation, but all had to leave after the service, so I didn't see them again.

Great walk around Old Fourth Ward to King Center and some revived neighborhoods. A brief respite, then L&F at 6. We had close to 15 which is a good number for a holiday weekend. We left by 8:30 so Jerome could get out of there after his long day. I was exhausted after having waked up around 3:30 and couldn't get back to sleep.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
