I need to drink more and continue to lay off the liquid Splenda,Atkins bars and Crystal Light. Not sure which on or is a combonation of the 3 cause my slight gain.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same problem. I ate my Atkins bars. I drank my Atkins shakes. I havne't bought more. I'm dyin'!
