Happy Memorial weekend. Well John's friend Fre has been here
at our home for 7 days now. I'm ready for Fred to go home to
his wife Judy over in Clarkston, WA.
I'm so pleased with the way my weight is coming off.
The Low Carb approch is what I finally figured out!!!
Today I made a Fresh Srtwwberry milkshake and I only
gained .6 lbs. Not bad. I had planned for the milk shake
so if I had a gain in my weight I wouldn't be up set!
