Wow! Excited to have dropped a few more pounds. I had a really good week this week sticking to my diet and getting a few workouts in. I drank too much alcohol the past two nights tho and I better stop bc it will catch up to me and impede my progress.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
