1486 kcal Fat: 41.13g | Prot: 70.27g | Carb: 212.49g.   Breakfast: Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: lindt lindor, Nestea Zero, Mini Babybel Bonbel Cheese, spicy turkey bites, craisins pomegranate. Dinner: Diet 7UP, balsamic vinegar, tomato, low fat cream of chicken, italian seasoning, paprika, blue menu margarine, kikkoman panko, roasted red pepper, tuna, ground mustard, hellmans, skim milk. Snacks/Other: Diet 7UP, Smart Pop! 100 Calorie Mini Bag, Tea (Brewed), Pickles, Pepperoncini, garlic stuffed green olives, jalapeno dip, Pretzel Crisps - Garlic. more...
