Long walk last night, finally. Stayed on the good side of things. 3.79 slower miles to let Sadie keep up. She did okay and did not get the zoomies when she recovered which has been a thing lately. Tollers are amazing little dogs and I highly recommend them if you have the time to exhaust them. 14 years old and she still kicks butt even though her little body gets tired more quickly when we're hiking or if it's hot.

pic I took last night was of a C-130 flying low over to Lindbergh instead of NASNI; I think that stuff only amuses me so I'll spare you. I like airplanes. People were out last night and we're going out to dinner tonight, so it was good practice for me.

Scale isn't talking to the network again this morning, I remembered the weight and I'll figure out the rest later. It does store the data, so we're good enough at the moment.

my watch is already calling me out as being a lazy wench so back to weekend rules. enjoy the day!

Edit: screwed up slightly, 165.2, not off by much, but more concerned about memory loss. :)
