I don't quite understand the Bouncing up and down at 260 and 262. However, I know I am making the right choices and just need to keep working the plan and letting the Compound Effect take over eventually. My goal is 30 pounds destroyed by September, so there is time for it to work.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
